Returns & Refunds

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. We accept exchanges only for products with the same or higher value. The product must be sent back in the original condition (resellable condition) as it was when shipped from the company. ALL CLOTHING must be in the original, natural state meaning: no rips, no tears, or no stains. You are allowed to return the clothing but you are responsible for all shipping fees.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMER ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED AFTER PHOTOGRAPH CONFIRMATION APPROVAL AND SHIPMENT. 

PLEASE REACH OUT TO US IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR A FAULT PRIOR TO SENDING THE CLOTHING BACK SO THAT WE CAN ADVISE ON HOW TO RETURN THE CLOTHING TO US.
